About the Course
This training focuses on effectively scaling product development management. When facing large-scale development, organizations often encounter challenges such as misalignment between teams, duplication of efforts, difficulties in maintaining product quality and consistency, and asynchronous dependencies between teams that can delay delivery and reduce efficiency. To overcome these issues, the training introduces an integrated set of techniques and strategies, including the use of systemic thinking to visualize and manage cause-and-effect relationships, identifying and mitigating bottlenecks, and techniques for improving communication, coordination, and collaboration between teams. Practical methods for effective work prioritization will also be covered to ensure that development efforts are aligned with the business's strategic objectives. Emphasis will be placed on creating an environment where continuous innovation and adaptability are the norm, preparing teams to dynamically respond to market changes.
