About the Course

OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) are a management methodology that helps organizations define and achieve high and ambitious goals through clear objectives and the measurement of key results.

In this training, participants will explore both the theoretical foundations and practical applications of OKRs, learning how they can transform the way goals are set and pursued at all levels of the organization. The content will focus on creating and monitoring OKRs to strengthen leadership and facilitate their daily implementation. Participants will discover how adopting OKRs brings significant advantages, such as improving alignment and communication between teams, increasing transparency and engagement, as well as agility in adapting to market changes. This prepares the organization to tackle and overcome crucial challenges, improving decision-making and fostering a culture of data-driven efficiency and effectiveness.
