About the Course
In our dynamic training, participants will learn the core principles of the Lean Startup methodology, focusing on how to create, validate, and scale innovative business ideas with agility for both startups and larger organizations. The training will cover essential strategies for developing a minimum viable product (MVP), conducting customer development to test and refine ideas. Participants will explore various validation techniques, such as fake landing pages and MVP concierge, to efficiently test business hypotheses.
Through practical exercises and real-world case studies, participants will gain insights into leveraging the Build-Measure-Learn cycle. This approach emphasizes using key metrics to make informed decisions, validate business ideas, and pivot as necessary. By the end of the training, participants will have a solid foundation in Lean Startup practices, enabling them to foster innovation and adaptability within their organizations.
