In our CSPO training, participants will gain key competencies to successfully perform the role of a product manager. Through practical exercises, analysis of real cases, and enriching discussions, they will learn to deliver value quickly and optimize product development. Upon completion, they will become members of the Scrum Alliance with two years of membership included. They will master essential product management tools and techniques, including prioritizing the product backlog to maximize value, creating impactful user stories, and applying Lean Startup techniques to define and validate a minimum viable product (MVP). The practical application of this knowledge will enhance their ability to lead the delivery of innovative and high-impact products in their companies, enabling them to adapt and thrive in competitive markets.

This training leverages the power of artificial intelligence to enrich the learning experience through interactive simulations and teaching effective use of prompts for product management. The class can also be offered without the AI content, featuring only the regular curriculum.
